Crashes - Totally Useless I like the Body for Life program, and have been looking for an app to track progress. Unfortunately, this app just takes up space on my phone. This has been an issue for a while now; It's been an issue for a few years. You'd think the developer would fix it after all this time.

Sadly, it is still a worthless app. Still looking for an app that is good. Jefit Pro is good, but very cumbersome. Oh well. I guess I'll keep looking. IF you can get to another page in the app, non of the buttons or links work. Why would they release this??? Great App Use on a tablet, did not work to good on my phone.

I suggest starting on a Sunday, that way you can enjoy your Saturday's off. It would be nice if you could print off your day's when your finished that way you could see what you did before when your entering in your next workout. Overall very easy to use and a nice way to track your results. It would also be nice if it gave you a total weight lifted calculation. Also a comparison of previous workout efforts would be great.

This app gets a 3 with a potential of a 6. To darn bad Can't use it ,workout does not work, got the book, signed up on web site ,bought a used weight bench ,bought food ,got a workout partner! App doesn't work Disappointing I was so happy to find this app in hopes to simplify my BFL challenge. What a disappointment. Have to reset my account almost everyday and reenter info constantly. When using workout program, the stopwatch doesn't keep my phone from going into sleep mode so it's useless.
